During The Imperial, Goa campaign, the team’s past experience and on-ground immersion led to a game-changing discovery - one that few had imagined. Amidst competition visits, they unearthed a powerful insight: the true demand for Goa’s luxury land segment lay not in Mumbai or Goa, but in Delhi.
Acting swiftly on this revelation, the team activated the Delhi market with a commanding media presence - unlocking what would soon become a goldmine for the land business.
The momentum peaked with a bold, industry-first print media innovation - Pages 1, 2, 3, and 4 across Mumbai, Delhi, and Ahmedabad, unified under one masthead: The Times of Goa. This single advertisement drove nearly 10% of the project’s total business within just 8 hours of the advertisement release, with Delhi emerging as the strongest contributor.
What began as a hunch turned into a revelation, set new benchmarks, and opened an entirely new market for HoABL’s future ventures - a testament to foresight, instinct, and fearless execution.
Yet, their most defining achievement came with the launch of Growth Housing, the first project under the vertical business, which set the stage for an entirely new category in real estate.
They didn’t just launch a project; they built a movement.With the creation of growwithhoabl.com, India’s first D2C real estate platform, the team laid the foundation for a new way of engaging with customers. The iconic campaign was brought to life through powerful storytelling, integrated marketing, and sheer on-ground hustle. Their efforts ensured that the entire city of Mumbai took notice of this new real estate revolution.
A defining moment came with the Sea Link activation - an audacious marketing feat that showcased the team’s tenacity and ownership. They went above and beyond, coordinating with officials, managing logistics, and even ensuring pending repairs were completed in time - a true testament to what passion and persistence can achieve.
