The Miros dining experience is both rooted in tradition and attuned to modern expectations.

Concept: Crisscross of Silk Road & Spice Route
Miros is inspired by the crisscrossing of the Silk Road and Spice Route, which historically brought together diverse influences from across India and beyond. Rather than being identified with one particular region, Miros represents a pan-Indian celebration of vegetarian cuisine, weaving together cultural heritage, wellness traditions, and contemporary dining experiences. This approach highlights India’s rich vegetarian repertoire while offering a modern, elevated perspective for discerning guests.
Menu Philosophy
At Miros, the menu is designed around three guiding principles:
Rasa: The essence of taste, joy, and artistic delight. Every dish communicates emotion and balance through flavor.
Perennials: Timeless classics and foundational vegetarian dishes that remain consistent across seasons.
Seasonal: A dynamic offering that adapts with the availability of fresh produce, ensuring variety and sustainability.
This philosophy ensures that the Miros dining experience is both rooted in tradition and attuned to modern expectations.
Ayurveda & Wellness
Miros integrates the ancient Indian science of Ayurveda, which emphasizes harmony between the individual and the universe. Each dish reflects:
Balance of the five elements – Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether.
Alignment with the body’s natural rhythms.
A focus on mindful eating, wellness, and rejuvenation.
The culinary experience at Miros is thus not just about food, but about holistic nourishment.

The Role of Rasa (Taste)
In Ayurveda, taste is more than flavor – it is a sensory and emotional connector. Each taste (Rasa) is composed of two of the five elements, creating a unique energetic effect:
Earth & Water
Air & Earth
Water & Fire
Fire & Air
Air & Water
Earth & Fire
By curating dishes around this philosophy, Miros creates a multi-dimensional dining journey that resonates physically, emotionally, and culturally.
Sequence of Taste (Rasa Karma)
The dining journey at Miros follows the Ayurvedic sequence of taste, designed to balance digestion, enhance satisfaction, and provide a holistic experience:
Sweet (Madhura) – Nourishing, grounding, and comforting. Prepares the palate and provides energy.
Sour (Amla) – Stimulates appetite and awakens digestion.
Salty (Lavana) – Enhances flavors, sharpens perception, and balances electrolytes.
Pungent (Katu) – Adds intensity, warmth, and stimulates metabolism.
Bitter (Tikta) – Detoxifying, cleansing, and balancing for the system.
Astringent (Kashaya) – Rounds off the meal, creating lightness and closure.
This curated flow ensures guests experience a balanced progression of tastes, making dining at Miros both restorative and memorable.
